Move-in date will generally be set to the 1st or 15th of the month, or the next business day if the 1st or 15th is a weekend or holiday. Whole number of installments required as specified in the Housing Agreement (e.g., 7 installments for a start date in January 2025); reduced first installment for immediate move-in on the 15th of a month. Includes furnishings, in-unit laundry, internet, trash disposal and community amenities. Annual administrative fee ($450, or $150 with approved guarantor) and $50 application fee required. Current available rates shown; rates are subject to change through the time a contract is fully signed.
